1. Terms

Any purchases or subscriptions which you make with us will, unless we specifically agree otherwise, be governed by these terms and conditions ("the Terms"). In placing your order, you acknowledge that these Terms apply to the exclusion of all other terms, representations or warranties, whether express or implied.

2. Orders

If you place an order for a purchase or a subscription, it is not binding on us until we expressly accept it. We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason.

3. Payment

Unless we otherwise agree, you must pay the full price for any purchase or subscription (including any postage, packaging, and applicable value added tax, sales tax or other such duties as indicated) when you place the order. We reserve the right not to fulfil your order until we have received cleared payment in full.

4. Refunds

We will immediately refund any payment you have made if we reject the corresponding order. If you wish to cancel any subscription before the end of the subscription, we may refund the balance of the subscription fee, but we reserve the right to retain all or part of it.

5. Delivery

If the products you have ordered are to be delivered off-line, any time or date we quote for delivery is only an estimate, and we will not be liable for any delay.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of all copyright, database rights, design rights, trade or service marks or names and all other intellectual property rights in the materials which you obtain from us remains vested with us or our licensors at all times. You may not copy, reproduce or alter such materials without our consent.

7. Warranties and Liability

We do not warrant that any of the materials which you obtain from us are absolutely correct, and we take no responsibility for the views of other people expressed in them. We do not warrant that the materials will be fit for the purpose for which you require them. Our products and services are no substitute for you exercising proper commercial judgment, and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim that you suffer as a result of any action you take in reliance on the information contained in them or otherwise (even if we have been negligent). We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

9. Data Protection

We may use any personal data which you provide to us for our internal purposes, and we may pass it to other parts of our company or affiliated businesses anywhere in the world. We will not provide that information to any other person without your consent
